Pasta Party
After careful self-quarantining, my team at Good Grit was able to take a team retreat to Honeywood Valley in Chelsea, Alabama. It was SO nice to see people and hug people after so long spent in my tiny one-bedroom condo.
Since I’m the team foodie, the first night’s dinner was my responsibility. I made a simple salad with herbs, cucumber, and homemade honey-lemon dressing, a citrus salad with crushed pistachios, and BA’s cacio e pepe. We ate it ALL.
I missed dinner parties SO much. This thing doesn’t seem like it’s going anywhere, so hopefully this retreat will satisfy my social needs for the next several months. We’ll see!
